Natural Black Olives
Ripe from the tree and elaborated in a natural way, they are outstanding due to their big size, mild taste, fine and firm texture and with a small pit that easily comes out from the delicate pulp. They are collected by hand during the Winter and, after a natural fermentation and curation process during from four to six months, they are elaborated for the final consumption into different variants and unique flavours.
